What you will do:

  • coordinate with regional hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles;
  • approach passive candidates and follow up them regularly;
  • keep in touch with past applicants;
  • use Boolean search to look for hard to find candidates;
  • research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques;
  • join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates;
  • advertise open positions to external networks;
  • ask for referrals from industry professionals;
  • maintain organized databases with candidates’ data;
  • control sources of hired candidates to propose improvements.


  • 2-4 years of professional experience in direct talent sourcing;
  • excellent networking communication skills;
  • strong adaptability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment;
  • proactive and can-do attitude;
  • demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines;
  • proven knowledge of sourcing techniques;
  • experience in social media within the recruitment arena;
  • excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills;
