We are currently seeking a part-time Intern to join the People Engagement Promoters Team (“PEP Team”) in the Atlanta, GA office (US HQ). As a PEP Intern, you will assist the PEP Team with marketing, employee engagement, and recruiting initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a positive, energetic personality that is infectious around the office to keep our current employees engaged and to help attract new employees! We also need a multi-tasker who is organized, proactive, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in all HR efforts, plans, and strategies in alignment with the firm’s vision and culture
  • Organize and assist in the implementation of Rödl & Partner events, including annual meetings and trainings
  • Facilitate the company reward and recognition program for all firm employees
  • Boost the firm's social media presence on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn with content creation and ideas
  • Construct creative ways to promote and advertise Rödl & Partner at campus recruiting events and build the firm’s online presence via social media
  • Collaborate on projects with various teams and levels of management within the firm
 Required Qualifications: 
  • 3.0 GPA minimum requirement
  • Suggested majors: Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations
  • Junior or Senior in a Bachelor's program preferred
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • General experience in Social Media Management and related platforms is preferred (Facebook, Instagram, Hootsuite, Canva)
