Digital Specialist, Field Communications

Responsibilities

  • Support the Field Communications team with the execution of planned Field Communications initiatives
  • Program and deploy Field-facing emails via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including ad hoc emails and email journeys
  • Represent Field team interests in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development
  • Manage email lists and compile, analyze and deliver email performance reports and insights to help improve future campaigns and optimize key metrics
  • Manage content for autoresponder emails via SAP Back Office/Smart Edit
  • Ownership of Field Communications project management account
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of three years’ work experience required, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic and high-performance environment
  • Minimum one year’s experience programming and deploying emails using a major email service provider (ExactTarget, Cheetah Mail, etc.); Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience strongly preferred
  • Understanding and working knowledge of HTML
  • Advanced proficiency in using the latest versions of all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable learning and using new software and digital tools
  • Affinity for data and using data to find solutions to business needs
  • Ability to offer flexibility in schedule, understanding some projects may require additional work during evenings and some weekends
  • Supremely excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to create and maintain detailed documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent grammar and editing skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills; must be proactive and take initiative
  • Ability to establish and build partnerships with all levels of management and cross-functional business partners
  • Highly self-motivated and self-directed with experience working in a fast paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Experience working in a direct selling or multilevel marketing company preferred
  • Video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro a plus.
