Radcliffe Learning Center is a licensed childcare center seeking an energic Education Specialist! This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic education expert who is passionate about early childhood education.
To be QUALIFIED for this position,must meet all qualifications required for a Director position.
Must have demonstrated experience managing and overseeing a school or early childhood education program.
Must have thorough knowledge of Pennsylvania Child Care Licensing regulations and compliance requirements.
Must meet all applicable teaching qualifications.
Must have working knowledge of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), Pennsylvania Keystone STARS, and Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts programs.

Required Shift: Monday - Friday, Full-time
Compensation: $16-18/hour, based on education and experience

Our Hiring Process:
- Resume screen
- Phone screen with recruiter (30 minutes)
- On-site interview with Regional Director (60 minutes)
- Virtual Interview with Center Director (30-45 minutes)

Main Job Responsibilities:
- Program development and Teacher interaction development
- Review classroom interactions, behaviors, routines to identify development needs and provide support per CD.
- Identify training/resource needs in areas of program, sanitation, regulatory compliance with CD and provide hands on support where needed or requested.
- Assist CD with special projects and classroom environments
- Lesson Planning and Program development
- Incorporate developmental objectives into LP’s and oversee modification requests of staff.
- Integrate activities and developmental goals into Tadpole system and Daily Reports.
- Classroom Observations and Maintenance
- Conduct classroom observations as needed or requested by CD using current monthly observation forms.
- Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
