Scribbles Center for Learning in Bloomington is a licensed childcare center seeking Lead Teachers!
Age groups: Toddler and PreK
To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require Lead Teacher Qualification (CDA or at least 6 ECE college level credits) and the ability to pass all background checks.
Required Shift: Monday - Friday, Full-time, 8:30am-5:30pm
Compensation: $19-$22/hr., based on education and experience

Main Job Responsibilities:
- Lead classroom in all aspects, in a manner consistent with the philosophy and goals of the center.
- Implement activities that encourage each child’s growth in the areas of emotion, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development.
- Take direction, accept constructive criticism, and feedback, and make improvements and changes as necessary for the betterment of the quality of the program.
- Create and maintain an environment that is clean and safe for all children.
- Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.
- Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
