Beck's Montessori Accelerated Learning Center in Eagan is a licensed childcare center seeking an Assistant Teacher to support our Toddler classroom!

To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require MN ECE Assistant Teacher Qualified and previous experience in a licensed classroom setting. Montessori experience preferred.

Required Shift: Monday - Friday, Full-time

Compensation: $17-18/hr.  based on education and experience

Main Job Responsibilities:  

• Responsible for the safety and well-being of students at all times.   
• Assist the Lead Teacher in all aspects of the development and implementation of the educational environment and curriculum.  
• Develops positive relationships with children and families.
• Participates in professional development activities designated by the Director.
• Maintains a neat, clean, well-organized, and attractive prepared environment consistent with Montessori pedagogy.  Ensures that the classroom and associated areas (including playground) meet all licensing, safety, and health requirements.   
• Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs. 
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
