3 R's Early Childhood Learning Center is a licensed childcare center seeking Full-time Lead Teachers for our Preschool Classroom!
To be QUALIFIED for this position, you must be Lead Teacher Qualified (24 ECE college credits, a CDA OR an Associates Degree in ECE) and the ability to pass all background checks.
Compensation: $18-$21/hour, based on experience and education
Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Location: 4900 85th Avenue N, Brooklyn Park.

Main Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the classroom in a manner consistent with the philosophy and goals of the center.
- Implement activities that encourage each child’s growth in the areas of emotion, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development.
- Take direction, accept constructive criticism, and feedback, and make improvements and changes as necessary for the betterment of the quality of the program.
- Create and maintain an environment that is clean and safe for all children.
- Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.
- Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
