Summary of Duties:

Provide comprehensive onsite practical and technical direction pertaining to contract scope of work for respective trade.  Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and supervision of trade crew activities.  Adhere to project schedule and orchestrate timely project completion within budget.  Cooperate with project management and maintain open lines of communication regarding trade related matters concerning project budget, productivity, change orders, and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the performance of the Operational Support staff and the quality of the team’s deliverables.
  • Lead the daily administrative function to ensure assigned tasks are delivered within budget, on schedule and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Support the Company admin function on a full a range of office software, spreadsheets, reports and databases.
  • Acts as liaison for communication between field, office and executives.
  • Implement Administrative programs including standard policies, practices, procedures, systems, and documentation.
  • Organize programs, events, meetings or conferences
  • Prepares agendas, notices, meeting minutes and resolutions for corporate meetings.
  • Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports and other complex documents. (Discretion required).
  • Responds to routine external and internal correspondence.
  • Prepares monthly expense reports for the Senior Management.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all corporate, personnel, personal and research matters.
  • Update company information on a monthly basis.
  • Performs any other duties as assigned.

Accountability:

  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Prompt, punctual, and regular attendance during core business hours, in an office environment (not a telecommuting position), currently located in the Central Park area of Denver, including a reliable means of transport to and from work. Ability to occasionally travel between corporate offices and jobsites within the Denver Metro Area, during work hours.
  • All employees are accountable for safety and health and are empowered to stop work if an unsafe condition is present. Employees should immediately notify their supervisor so that the hazard may be corrected.

Qualifications:

  • 8 plus years of previous office management or comparable experience.
  • Previous experience in leading a team and providing direct supervision.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills, judgement, organizational skills and clerical skills. Ability to foster teamwork.
  • prior experience in Vista or similar accounting systems is preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Independently performs most assignments with instruction
  • Receives guidance for unusual or complex problems and supervisor approval for changes in standards.
  • College/university graduate or equivalent combination of skills
