Trade Foreman Electricians play a vital role in leading the installation of electrical systems that power commercial, industrial, and construction projects. By directing crews, coordinating field activities, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently, you help drive successful project outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

At RK Industries, you'll oversee daily field operations, provide hands-on leadership to electricians and apprentices, coordinate manpower and materials, and ensure work is installed in accordance with project plans, specifications, safety requirements, and electrical codes. You'll serve as a key link between field teams, project management, and customers, helping keep projects on schedule and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Provide onsite technical direction and leadership to field crew of Leadmen, Journeymen, and Apprentice Electricians.
• Interpret diagrams and plan installation of conduit, raceways, junction boxes, panels, switches, outlets, switchgear, and other electrical components.
• Complete materials, tool, and equipment requisitions.
• Maintain compliance with national and local ordinances, codes, regulations, and policies.

 What You Bring

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
• Experience leading electrical crews of 5-10 required.
• Electrical installation experience in data center, mission-critical, commercial or industrial construction.
• Commitment to safety, quality craftsmanship, and accountability
