As an Electrical Foreman, you are the critical link between project design and field execution. You’ll lead a team of skilled electricians, transforming complex schematics into safe, high-functioning systems while maintaining a relentless focus on safety and NEC compliance. This is a leadership role designed for a master of the trade who takes pride in mentoring a crew, hitting deadlines, and solving the high-stakes technical challenges that arise on a dynamic job site. You aren’t just installing wire; you’re managing the energy that powers the project.
Position Summary
Liaison between workers and supervisors providing comprehensive onsite practical and technical direction pertaining to contract scope of work for respective trade.
Role Responsibilities
- Perform all duties and maintain all tools from Apprentice 1 through Leadman.
- Provide awareness and a safe work environment for yourself and all on site personnel.
- Oversee the scheduling, coordination and supervision of trade crew activities.
- Work within the parameters of trade specific project budget.
- Develop and oversee quality standards on site.
- Plan specific trade installation approach and procedures.
- Assist in preparation of Production Schedule.
- Estimate hours remaining to be completed on jobs.
- Assist in Performance Appraisals.
- Liaise and interface with applicable leadership as needed.
- Schedule daily and weekly trade activities.
- Trade related material, tool, and equipment requisitions.
- Provide for adequate resources and staffing to meet safety needs and project schedule.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with all customers, external and internal.
- Conflict Resolution.
- Complete daily logs to capture job progress and activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to use Bluebeam efficiently.
- High school degree or GED or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
- Associate's degree or Graduation from a trade school preferred.
- Electrical Foreman requires a minimum of a Journeyman Electrical License or related experience.
- Knowledge and use of construction equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, plans, and schematics.
- Effective interpersonal skills, oral and written communication, and team building skills.
- Demonstrates a high degree of creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in planning, organizing and guiding extensive programs and activities of importance.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a crew.
- NFPA 70E training.
- OSHA 30 training.
Minimum Physical Requirements and Accountability
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.

- Work outside, inside, and in dusty, noisy and hazardous areas.
- Work in high places, tight places, confined spaces and/or other adverse locations.

- Work in all types of weather.
- Must have working knowledge of all trade materials and tools.
- Ability to lift, move and/or carry up to 50lbs occasionally.
