At RK Industries, the Field Services Manager leads commercial HVAC/MEP service operations, develops field technicians, and ensures exceptional customer service. This role oversees daily operations, supports sales and business growth, and maintains high standards for safety, quality, and financial performance.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily field service operations across the assigned territory, ensuring technicians have the training, tools, and technical support needed to succeed.
• Promote RK’s safety culture through safety meetings, jobsite inspections, toolbox talks, and proper PPE use.
• Develop and mentor technicians through individualized training plans, career development, and performance reviews.
• Partner with sales teams and the Divisional General Manager to review sales pipelines, identify opportunities, and support business growth.
• Develop and manage territory budgets while contributing to strategic planning and operational performance.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining service quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Review and approve technician time, service documentation, estimates, and outstanding administrative items; collaborate with Accounting on collections and customer credit needs.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 10+ years of experience in technical, fiscal responsibilities, and leadership.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC/MEP service operations.
• Experience with budgeting, financial performance, operational planning, and business development support.
• Ability to build relationships across departments, support sales teams, and maintain strong customer relationships.
