Project Description 
The scope of this work is for RIVA to provide on-site support services for IT service delivery and support to their customer in the following competencies: 
  • Identity Management & Domain Services
  • Mobile & Multimedia Services 
  • Network Infrastructure Services 
  • Network Security Services 
  • Network Operations Center Services 
  • TCO  
  • Architecture and Design   
Position Description 
The IT Program Manager provides oversight of all aspects of field and/or task-level project performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial). Will support multiple projects simultaneously. They will supervise personnel involved in all aspects of project activity, organize, and assign responsibilities to subordinates, oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks, and maintain customer contacts to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations. This PM will interface with all areas affected by the project, including end users, computer services, and client services. They will ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.  They will also manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables. The PM will need to recommend action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems and exercise independent judgment, as well as a high-level of analytical skill, in solving non-routine technical, administrative, and managerial problems.  
  
Responsibilities 
  • Work with Leadership and Federal Staff to validate and determine IT plans
  • Monitor departmental goals and initiatives. 
  • Work with contractor employees to establish lifecycle replacement plans for TCO managed hardware, software, and networking equipment.  
  • Work with contractor employees to track projects, task completion, and deliverables via, Weekly, biweekly, and monthly reporting.  
  • Ensure that the employees are adhering to all federal and agency policy and procedures.
  • Ensure that employees are maintaining necessary training to support Census Systems and emerging technologies. 
Requirements 
  • BS/BA degree in related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience, 4 of which must be in a supervisory role 
     
    Salary Range: $100-$200k
