Position Description
The RPA Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex UiPath-based automation solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in UiPath systems architecture, including code review, troubleshooting, integration, and documentation. The successful candidate will manage work in Azure DevOps and collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality UiPath solutions.

Responsibilities 

  • Design, develop, and implement automated processes using UiPath, with a focus on integrating complex workflows and systems using C#.
  • Utilize Azure OpenAI to create AI-driven automation solutions, enhancing existing workflows and developing new intelligent processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and deliverable solutions.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of automated processes by adhering to cybersecurity best practices and public sector regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating best practices and innovative solutions into automation workflows.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Manage end-to-end automation projects, including detailed scoping, development, rigorous testing, and seamless deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of automated processes.
  • Optimize and enhance existing UiPath automations for efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirements

  • Proficient in C# for developing custom UiPath components and integrating with other enterprise systems.
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI, including the implementation of AI-driven automation solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably Azure) for deploying and managing automated processes, with an emphasis on scalability and performance optimization.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices and their application in automation projects.
  • Demonstrated experience working on digital transformation projects within the public sector, integrating new technologies with legacy systems.
  • Familiarity with public sector regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance in automated solutions.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proven track record of effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning, staying updated with the latest advancements in automation and AI technologies.

Salary Ranges: $100,000 - 175,000
