Description
UI/UX Developer
We are looking for a talented and motivated UI/UX Developer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in the entire product development lifecycle, from understanding user needs to designing and building user-friendly interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web applications.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to bring product visions to life.
- Translate user stories and requirements into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using Figma.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Primefaces.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and implement best practices for accessibility.
- Leverage Bootstrap and Bootstrap theming to create brand-consistent interfaces.
- Work with backend developers to integrate front-end components with back-end services.
- Understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into concrete cross-platform architectural solutions.
- Deliver user experience design solutions across multiple products.
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs and characteristics.
- Support development teams with expert technical guidance and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Front-End Developer.
- Expert knowledge of Figma, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery), Primefaces.
- Expertise in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Hands-on experience with dashboard and charting tools like Highcharts or AG Grid (a plus).
- Experience with graphic design applications such as Adobe Illustrator (a plus).
- Experience with Bootstrap and Bootstrap theming for brands (a plus).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Passion for user experience and design.
