As our Ticketing Programs Specialist, you will spearhead various Ticket Sales & Service initiatives, with a large focus on client communication and operational support. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop & manage a comprehensive client communication plan focused on educating, engaging, and retaining our customers throughout the year, as well as support a robust Member engagement program by supporting gifting and in-arena experience.

 

 

DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Partner with Digital, Creative, Content, Directors of Service and Analytics to create and execute Rip City United Member Communication Plan and content delivery to inform Season Ticket Members of their benefits & opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Director(s) to improve client education, communication and engagement strategy through customer surveying & evaluation of customer feedback.
  • Assist with bulk orders and gifting of a budget of $100k+ for the Ticket Sales and Service departments, as well as owning the organization’s large merchandise order.
  • Support the Rip City United experience inside Moda Center by managing the creative and installation requests for RCU HQ, as well as partnering with Marketing on in-game fan initiatives.
  • Project manage significant annual campaigns to support the Ticket Sales, Service and Premium departments.
  • Coordinate all Ticket Sales & Service needs for Media Day, including the ideation of content requests and any necessary script writing.
  • Provide operational support to Group Sales, Game Operations, and other internal teams as assigned.
     

WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Have at least one year of experience in project coordination, operations, logistics, copywriting, or related field.
  • Are highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Are a self-starter who can efficiently manage your own deadlines and responsibilities.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience writing clear, thorough, and direct communications.
  • Are proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite tools.
  • Have strong collaborative skills and can work effectively with internal departments and external partners.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and can analyze situations to develop effective solutions.
  • Pay keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in your work.
  • Are adaptable and can handle changing priorities and new challenges with ease.

 

 

WE’D BE THRILLED IF YOU ALSO HAVE:

  • Experience with managing and/or tracking budgets
  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign/Photoshop, and/or Qualtrics
