As our Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will oversee and manage the accounts payable processes across multiple entities. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with NetSuite and experience with Concur for managing company credit cards and employee expense reimbursements is a plus. Your contribution will play a pivotal role in supporting our Finance function.

 

We operate in a hybrid work model, meaning this role will be in the office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

 

DAY-TO-DAY: 

  • Oversee vendor setup, data entry, and processing of vendor invoices, related payments, and intercompany billings.
  • Perform accounts payable duties across various entities, including Trail Blazers Inc, Rip City Management, Rip City Remix, Blazer5 Gaming, Trail Blazers Foundation, and Aegean.
  • Prepare and process Accounts Payable checks, wire transfers, and ACH payments.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Interface with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice issues, process adjustments, and seek direct resolutions.
  • Prepare and remit RQ Suite Event User Fees.
  • Analyze workflow processes and identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Perform monthly accounts payable closing duties, including reconciliations and recording journal entries for adjustments.
  • Act as administrator for Concur Expense, including managing company credit cards and employee expense reimbursements: reviewing budget coding and descriptions entered by cardholders, constructing monthly journal entries, following up on expense reports, and handling credit card orders and cancellations.
  • Compile and review 1099 information for annual IRS reporting and vendor notices.
  • Provide backup support for the other AP Coordinator.

 

WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:

  • Hold an associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or have a combination of education and experience that equates.
  • Bring 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting.
  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Have hands-on experience with accounting software; familiarity with NetSuite and Concur is preferred.
  • Possess outstanding organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication, time management, and interpersonal abilities.
