The Director, Product Management - Video Collaboration will be responsible for driving strategy, development, and adoption of video collaboration products including experience for video conferencing rooms. We are looking for a Product Management leader with a deep understanding of the video collaboration industry, video technologies, and usability best practices.  

You are intensely curious about user behavior. You understand that great products balance simplicity and robust features to solve real world problems. Saying “no” is as important as adding new features. You also enjoy tapping the left side of the brain and quantifying your decisions by analyzing data and setting up proper measurement and reporting for each feature launched.



  •       Understand and prioritize customer needs
  •       Define features, including product requirements and user experience
  •       Own the product roadmap
  •       Collaborate with Engineering and Operations on feature development
  •       Work with cross-functional teams on product go-to-market strategy
  •       Track and measure product / feature success
  •       Mentor / coach other product managers in the team


Qualifications / Requirements: 

  •       B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field required
  •       Wicked smart, with a strong bias for action
  •       Highly empathetic with users, customers, and co-workers
  •       Positive, team-focused attitude 
  •       Understanding of behavioral psychology
  •       Effective written and presentation skills
  •       10+ years of product management or related experience
  •       Experience creating mockups and wireframes
  •       Capable of taking complex issues and making them simple to understand
  •       Track record of managing the entire product life cycle
  •       Technical background or relevant experience
  •       Ability to thrive in a startup environment



  •       MBA 
  •       Strong consumer or enterprise software background  
  •       Experience in video conferencing or collaboration products
  •       Experience with android / windows / mac apps
