Full Time | Location: Manila, Philippines

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Business Applications & related information technology systems and team of resources supporting these areas
  • Plan, organize, control and evaluate business systems operations, support issues by working with the team of Analysts
  • Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
  • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures
  • Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience managing one more area from Business Applications supporting Sales to Cash collection, Compliance, Project Management.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer software systems 
  • Experience in NetSuite or similar ERP system, or Project Management, or IT SOX Compliance is an advantage
  • Good understanding of Quote to Cash Process, IT Compliance and Project Management Practices. 
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement
  • Solid understanding of the organization's business operations and industry. Demonstrated business acumen
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
