Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront System Administrator / Consultant to manage, configure, and optimize the Workfront platform across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and clients to design, implement, and maintain efficient Workfront solutions that streamline workflows, enhance reporting, and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the enterprise system administrator for Adobe Workfront, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Collaborate with project teams, management, and clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable Workfront configurations and workflows.
- Configure and set up Workfront environments including object-level structures, user management, dashboards, reports, and workflows aligned with business needs.
- Design and develop reporting dashboards, metrics, and analytics within Workfront to provide meaningful insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Create and customize project templates, custom forms, and user layouts to align with project-specific requirements.
- Identify and automate repetitive processes using Workfront’s automation capabilities, templates, and rules.
- Lead technical discussions with clients and internal stakeholders throughout implementation and delivery phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing proven solutions and ensuring smooth platform operation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and other teams to integrate Workfront with third-party systems and Adobe ecosystem tools.
- Document and evolve system configurations, workflows, and operational requirements, mapping them to business objectives.
- Provide end-user training, support, and best practices guidance to ensure successful Workfront adoption and utilization.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience administering and configuring Adobe Workfront in a business or consulting environment.
- In-depth understanding of Workfront system architecture, configuration, and capabilities to meet workflow and reporting needs.
- Knowledge of different Workfront user personas and license structures.
- Strong experience in workflow optimization, resource management, and reporting/dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
- Experience with Workfront integrations using native connectors or third-party tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to convey technical concepts effectively.
- Ability to document processes, configurations, and system designs thoroughly.
- Adobe Workfront Core Expert Certification preferred.
Required Education
B.E.; B. Tech; BA or BS in Marketing, Project Management, Business Management, or other related degree; MCA or equivalent work experience
