Introduction
As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that our services meet or exceed their expectations. 
What you’ll be doing and the Impact You’ll Make:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products/services according to client needs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to existing clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve our offerings and service delivery.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on client accounts for management review.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitors to anticipate client needs and provide strategic recommendations.
 
 
What we’d love to see:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client management or account management roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or events.
