Responsibilities:

  1. 1-4 years of hands-on experience in content editing, copywriting, technical writing or content development for a variety of mediums including web design, social content, and CRM
  2. Create, Copy, Paste, Edit, Proofread and Publish Content for Client Websites
  3. Must be fluent in English (verbal and written)
  4. Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  5. Maintain client’s brand language, tone, and standards
  6. Ensure compliance with web templates, design, and required guidelines
  7. Ensure flawless attention to detail and execution of work 
  8. Report editing related issues to the Development team
  9. Adhere to set timelines and deliver work on deadline
  10. Work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders as relevant
  11. Capable of both writing original content and editing the work of others
  12. Clearly communicate and present ideas to clients with a high level of confidence
  13. Adhere to industry best-practices and provided guidelines
  14. Partner with the content strategy team to develop ideas that are on-brief and on-strategy 
  15. Pluses (nice to have)
    1. Generate captivating branded headlines, tag lines and all other copy
    2. Assist clients and content strategists to develop voice, tone, and style guidelines
    3. Maintain best practices within digital copywriting and SEO
    4. Understanding of CMS/Web technologies is a plus Understand how HTML, CSS, and content management systems play a role in content creation
    5. Brainstorm with designers to craft content and messaging
    6. Re-articulate legacy content into engaging human-centered designs

 

Required Education

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as English, journalism, creative writing, communications or marketing.
