Role - Developer 1 - Workfront
Location - India

Required Skills (Must-Have/Foundational Skills)
  • 1-3 years of working experience.

  • Basic Project Management Concepts - Understanding of tasks, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and resource allocation. Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is a plus.

  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to break down complex problems and propose logical solutions. Comfortable working with data and workflows.

  • Technical Aptitude - Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is helpful. Exposure to APIs or integrations is a plus.

  • Communication Skills - Ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Good written and verbal English communication.

  • Attention to Detail - Precision in handling configurations, forms, and workflows.

  • Learning Mindset - Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving processes.

  • Experience with Any SaaS or Enterprise Software - Exposure to tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, ServiceNow, or Salesforce shows comfort with digital platforms.
 
 
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
  • Experience with Reporting or Dashboards - Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel pivot tables.

  • Basic Scripting or Automation Knowledge - Exposure to scripting (JavaScript, Python) or automation tools like Zapier, Integromat, etc.

  • Understanding of Marketing or Creative Operations - Since Workfront is often used in marketing/creative teams, this domain knowledge helps.

  • Experience in Client-Facing Roles - Ability to gather requirements, manage expectations, and deliver solutions.

  • Certifications or Courses - Any online course in project management, workflow automation, or SaaS platforms.
 
Qualifications required:
  • B.E.; B. Tech; MCA, BA or BS in Marketing, Project Management, Business Management, or other related degree.
