Job Summary

Provides expertise to help develop and improve Finance’s current financial modeling, reporting, and dashboard process in order to drive productivity and cost reduction and enhance management-based insights.  Masters degree preferred, and five to eight years of experience would be ideal.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate would have at least 5 to 8 years of experience in financial modeling and analysis
  • At least 2 years of experience in a finance-oriented analytics role.
  • An understanding of financial and budgeting procedures, methods, evaluation criteria and resource planning.
  • Significant experience building complex financial reports in Excel, Power BI or similar platforms.
EDUCATION/TRAINING:  Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, information science or a related field is essential for this position. A master’s degree, particularly in Finance or financial analytics, is an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE: 
  • Experience with analytical programming languages such as SQL, Python or R
  • Expert proficiency with O365 Applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and with ERP software (JDE or Oracle experience a plus).
Ability to
  • Communicate and work effectively with others, both orally and in writing with an emphasis on communicating complex information to executive leadership and department managers and professionals.
  • Apply professional judgment in following standard and advanced business intelligence techniques and principles.
  • Perform a wide variety of duties and responsibilities with accuracy and speed under pressure of time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Understand and follow oral and/or written policies, procedures and instructions.
  • This job requires regular and predictable attendance.
  • This job requires a credit check.
