Parts Courier
Description
As a Parts Courier, you will be responsible for pick-up and delivery according to schedule of parts, mail and any other products needed to operate the authority.
Time Type: Full Time
Shifts: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM with Saturday/Sunday off Shift & Days Off Subject to Change
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION/TRAINING
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
- Must have a valid Utah driver's license.
- Must be a safe driver with no more than 4 moving violations in the past 3 years.
- Must have no convictions for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs in the past 10 years.
- Obtain and maintain a Department of Transportation (DOT) medical card
- Pass the written Class “B” CDL test, with Air Brakes and Passenger Endorsement tests prior to the start of the paid-training program.
- Perform the the physical requirements of the job to include regular walking, floor to waist lifting up to 60 lbs occasionally/carrying up to 40 lbs occasionally, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, crouching, balancing, bending, and prolonged periods of sitting and standing
- Must be or be able to become forklift certified.
- This job requires regular and predictable attendance.

Pay Rate: $22.39 per hour with guaranteed pay increases every six months for the next five years up to $27.39 per hour, plus $1.00 to $1.50 shift differential if applicable.
