What You Would Do
The Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Talent Enablement function, ensuring the smooth execution of training programs, managing logistics, and assisting with change management and performance initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for a highly organized professional eager to build a career in L&D, Change Agility, and Performance Management.
What You Bring to the Table
RM Advisory seeks an entry-level L&D Coordinator to join our People Operations team. As an L&D Coordinator, you are someone with a passion for ongoing development, have strong organizational and administrative skills, and a keen eye for details with the ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or Related Field.
- Minimum 1-year related work experience, preferably with company-wide training and development initiatives.
Pay
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
