What You Bring to the Table 

Richey May is looking for a Tax Associate to join our Firm. As a Tax Associate, you are someone that strives for accuracy and strives to solve issues and deliver solutions, is a constant learner and can exercise critical thinking and analytical skills.  

  

What You Would Do 

On a daily basis, our Tax Associates will be responsible for working with external clients to develop and execute audit plans, as well as recommend the methods of obtaining and evaluating evidence from your findings. You will play a key role in the success of the group by developing document request and coordinating delivery of evidence to our clients, as well as assist in the performance of special reviews and other duties as they arise. 

  

Qualifications 

·       Team player - help where you can, stay engaged with the team through project completion 

·       Take career ownership through proactively seeking assignment, research, helping others, seeking feedback, and keeping others informed of available hours 

·       Eager to learn and receptive to feedback 

·       Positive attitude and great communicator 

·       Attained Bachelors degree from four-year college or university 

·       Must be able to communicate and function in an interdisciplinary team 

·       Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language 

·       Knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software and Accounting Software 

·       Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents 

  

Pay 

$50,000 - $75,000 per year
