Robert Half Technology has several openings to join their internal IT Search Division. This exciting opportunity would consist of 50% sales and 50% recruiting and would include a base salary plus one of the best commission plans in the market. Qualifications:
<b><u>*** MUST HAVE PRIOR STAFFING EXPERIENCE ***b></u><Br>
<ul>
<li>Recruiting, interviewing and placing IT professionals in direct hire positions with our clients
<li>Meeting with clients to understand and fill their recruitment needs
<li>Educating clients and candidates on best practices and what the market bares
<li>Providing the highest quality customer service to both clients and candidates
<li>Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
<li>Participating in industry trade associations to increase our presence within the local IT community
<li>Strategizing with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals</ul>

<li>Self-confidence, perseverance, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency
<li>Bachelors/Associates Degree preferred
<li>A competitive nature with a strong desire to succeed
