Description

As part of our East Bay client's Accounting Business Systems department, the Senior Business Analyst is responsible for full cycle management of a variety of projects to support their internal operations. Typical projects involve the support and continued enhancement of the PeopleSoft ESA (T&E, PC, CA, BI, AR) and GL/AP/AM modules for our North America and Asia/Pacific locations.
Qualifications:
Perform systems analysis and requirements gathering Perform and develop systems and business process designs for a global organization Research, recommend and implement plans for system enhancements that will support the operations of the organization Develop and manage project plans, full cycle, from inception to deployment Establish and maintain strong internal and external client relationships Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS or equivalent 5+ years business experience, with demonstrated leadership in a project or operational capacity 2+ years demonstrated experience in business or systems analysis 2+ years project management experience preferred Experience with ERP financial applications required Excellent communication, organizational, presentation, analytical and time management skills Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to maintain strong client relationships Ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities and manage tight deadlines General Knowledge of SQL or experience using relational databases to retrieve and analyze data Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (excel, word, PowerPoint, etc.)
