Manager of Applications Development
Description
Robert Half Technology is seeking an Application Development Manager to develop and support personnel and activities necessary to ensure the design and installation of software applications and programs that will efficiently and effectively meet user needs for information and data. This person will act as a Project Manager to do the resource load and estimate delivery dates of solutions and also identify bottlenecks of the project and provide options to make sure projects are delivered on time and on budget. Requirements
<ul>
<li>8+ years experience as a software developer, building production applications
<li>6+ years experience with relational databases
<li>4+ years developing products for Microsoft Windows and/or web-based applications using .NET platform
<li>SQL experience (preferably SQL Server 2005 or greater)
<li>4+ years experience building applications as part of a team environment.
<li>SharePoint 2007/2010 web development a plus
<li>Other Requirements
<li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills
<li>Experience with ERP systems a plus.
<li>Experience with manufacturing industry strongly preferred
<li>Ability to work proactively and drive results
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Advanced .Net Framework, Advanced Stored Procedures, Intermediate SSRS (SQL Reporting Services), Intermediate SQL Stored Procedures, Intermediate SQL, Advanced MS SQL Server 2008, Intermediate MS Office Sharepoint Server 2007 (MOSS), Intermediate LINQ, Intermediate C# (Sharp), None, None None.
