The Principal Ruby Engineer will be responsible for the technical leadership and architecture of web based software products. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for hands-on coding in addition to the design and architecture of technical software products based on client needs. Ideal candidate must be extremely passionate about Ruby on Rails Development and have a great working knowledge of UI/APIs (Ruby and JavaScript), UX, ExtJS, Ajax, analytics, integration of Ruby on Rails with back-end Java services.

Qualifications:
</p>
<li> Extensive knowledge of Ruby on Rails development and architecture
<li> Proficient with ExtJS, JQuery, Dojo, Ajax, JavaScript and CSS
<li> Experience with JavaScript coding
<li> Enjoys working with new technology and researches newest software and techniques
<li> Development n Linux environments Linux Power User
<li> Experience with JMS, PHP and Web UI a big plus
<li> Works very well in a team environment
<li> Must be creative, motivated and excited by development
<li> Degree in Computer Science or related field
