<b>Primary responsibilities include: </b>
<ul><li>You will be creating exceptional customer experiences by acting as the interface between customers/partners and various divisions. Essentially you will provide Concierge level customer service for a Business Intelligence software product. Don't worry, you will learn the product on the job.
<li>Register incidents
<li>Classify incidents
<li>Assist with incidents investigate and resolve
</ul>
Qualifications:
<b><u>Requirements: </b></u>
<ul><li> Bilingual English/Spanish
<li>Customer Service oriented
<li>Very good communication skills (verbal and written)
