Robert Half Technology is searching for an experienced Systems Administrator/Desktop Virtualization Admin for a direct hire opportunity in Raleigh or Greensboro, NC. If you feel you are a strong match for this position please send your resume directly to [email protected].
The Systems Engineer will be responsible for the management and implementation of network and systems in a Data Center Environment. Heavy virtualization is used in this environment and the person in this role must be very experienced working with Virtual Systems and Networks.
Qualifications:
Requirements:</p>
<li> 2-4 years of experience in a data center environment
<li> Extensive experience with Citrix (XenApp/XenDesktop) and/or VMWare (ESX/vSphere)
<li> Microsoft Active Directory administration experience
<li> Shared storage (NAS/SAN) and/or EMC storage experience
<li> Experience with LAN and iSCSI communications
<li> Experience with Edgesight, Access Gateway and Password Manager ideal
<li> Scripting experience with PowerShell or similar ideal
<li> Cisco, VMWare or Microsoft certifications desired, but not required.
<li> VMWare View experience is a big plus.
