Vice President of Design

Design Las Vegas, Nevada Bentonville, Arkansas


This position will ideally be located in Bentonville, AR or Las Vegas, NV.

We are looking for a VP of Design to join our team and help lead the charge in our mission to help people work better. If you are a passionate and experienced design leader, we want to talk! You will represent the value of design across the organization, and work to inspire our teams, clients, and users. We believe that leadership is about empowering people. As a senior leader at RevUnit, you will play a pivotal role in helping to shape the growth and trajectory of our design team. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Continue to cast a vision for the growth of design at RevUnit
  • Push the design practice at RevUnit forward by challenging what doesn’t work, and reinforcing what does
  • Help us develop the next generation of RevUnit leaders by teaching, training, and growing your direct reports
  • Partner with your directors and others to iterate on our processes and ways of working
  • Model what it means to lead with empathy, accountability, and candor
  • Map to and develop relationships with senior leaders within our clients’ organizations
  • Represent and evangelize the business value of design inside and out of RevUnit
  • Review and make business decisions based on the team’s P&L
  • Anything else the team needs (we're all in this together, after all)

Our design team is a diverse and deeply talented assembly of researchers, UX designers, product designers, and more.   • 12+ years of professional experience designing for digital products and platforms
  • 7+ years of experience leading and managing teams of people (ideally in an agency environment)
  • Working knowledge of designing with Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC, and other related tools

Helpful Qualities to Have

  • Familiarity with the Agile and Lean frameworks
  • Experience supporting and/or leading research initiatives and usability studies
  • UX certification(s)
