As Account Director, you are the face of RevUnit’s story and offerings, and devise how our capabilities can profoundly impact our client’s businesses.  As the Account Director, you’ll lead pursuit strategy with some of the largest companies in the world, collaborating with all parts of RevUnit to shape and produce opportunities with clients.

Responsibilities


  • As a Team, we:
    • Pursue opportunities that reflect RevUnit’s strengths.
    • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to align business needs with solutions
    • Seek opportunities and relationships that leverage our product-centric, design, and tech capabilities with a focus on employee or associate facing apps/platforms

  • As Account Director, you:
    • Have an operational and presentational mastery for storytelling and thought leadership to help advise clients about design-lead product innovation
    • Listen actively to client challenges and help facilitate co-creation sessions to define the account strategy
    • Lead proposal and statement of work conception and writing
    • Present proposals and points of views, stepping clients through strategic, operational and tactical nuances.
    • Manage pipeline in CRM and forecast opportunities with high level of accuracy
    • Take the lead on account strategies and pursuit plans
    • Support RevUnit client facing events
    • Coordinate directly with clients for meeting planning, scheduling and logistics relative to onsite engagements

  • Set Yourself Apart
    • Track record of achieving sales goals
    • Understanding of and experience with driving and applying human-centered design processes, working collaboratively with customers and cross-functional teams
    • Understanding of and experience in Product Design and Development.
    • Understanding of and curiosity about technology and its impact on design solutions
    • Experience leading cross-functional pursuit teams to create powerful, effective and coherent solutions
    • Excellent leadership skills, problem-resolution abilities, and good judgment

  • Experience
    • 6+ years of agency or digital product development field sales experience
    • 4+ years of experience selling into large enterprise accounts
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Development, or a related field, preferred.
    • Highly skilled in negotiating, you’re experienced at closing profitable programs of work
    • Excellent written and communication skills

  • Travel
    • 60-70% travel (US Domestic)
