THE OPPORTUNITY

As QA Analyst, you will provide critical support to our Client Solutions teams dedicated to providing accurate and reliable data solutions to our clients. You will ensure the quality, reliability and performance of our solutions.  This is a hybrid position, coming into the office 3 days a week. 

 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll work in our Tampa office on our Client Solutions Teams, reporting to the VP of Client Solutions. Working closely with the VP you will be responsible for auditing data, ensuring its accuracy, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our data quality processes. This role requires a keen interest in data auditing and quality assurance. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Correcting false aggregations and ensuring accurate representation of competitor data.
  • Identifying and rectifying any miscategorizations within the dataset.
  • Manage the aggregation and categorization of new competitor items.
  • Maintain audit health checks over the life of the data set by monitoring known red flags and building new audit measures when identified.
  • Ensure ongoing accuracy of the data by identifying and flagging data concerns and reporting on the health of the competitor set to the designated lead.

  

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field 
  • Attention to detail and a strong interest in data auditing and quality assurance processes.
  • Basic SQL knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify toot causes
  • Experience as a QA Analyst or similar role with an understanding of software testing and methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively report findings and collaborate with colleagues.

 PREFERRED

  • Some knowledge of RMS data, including item aggregations and standard item categorization.
  • Experience as a QA Analyst or similar role with an understanding of software testing and methodologies
