THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Product Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful development and delivery of innovative data solutions and tools that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.  This is a hybrid position coming into the office 3 days a week. 

 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll work in our Tampa office on our Client Solutions Teams, reporting to the Director of Client Solutions. Working closely with the Director you be responsible for executing key processes related to user acceptance testing, managing our stories, creating wireframes/mockups, conducting data analysis and facilitating effective communication across various teams and stakeholders. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive user acceptance testing (UAT) plans for new product features and enhancements.
  • Execute UAT processes, ensuring that all test scenarios are thoroughly covered and that acceptance criteria are met.
  • Document UAT results, including test cases, findings, and recommendations for improvements\Refine user stories and acceptance criteria based on feedback and evolving requirements.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that user stories are appropriately scoped and ready for development.
  • Use tools like Figma to create wireframes or mockups that accurately represent the intended user experience.
  • Extract and analyze data from relational databases to measure product performance and research where to focus improvements.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data to inform decision-making and product optimization efforts.
  • Support creation of user access and subscription management for internal and external users for different RMS tools.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in basic T-SQL
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively report findings and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.

PREFERRED

  • Familiarity with Figma.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development cycles.
  • Industry knowledge of restaurant pricing strategies.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
