Job Overview
The Partner Program Manager will play a critical role in expanding Reveal’s Legal Service Provider (LSP) and Referral Partner ecosystems. This role focuses on identifying, cultivating, and growing new partner relationships that generate qualified leads and pipeline opportunities for the sales organization. The ideal candidate is a self-driven, entrepreneurial hunter who actively seeks out new connections, builds trusted relationships, and develops long-term partnerships that drive Reveal’s continued growth.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Upsells: Drive expansion revenue by identifying and supporting upsell opportunities within existing LSP partners participating in the program.
- Relationship Development: Proactively identify, recruit, and establish new partnerships with LSPs and referral partners aligned with Reveal’s go-to-market goals.
- Partner Engagement: Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships that deliver mutual value, foster collaboration, and generate consistent referral activity.
- Onboarding & Enablement: Create and manage a structured onboarding program that ensures partners are well-informed, trained, and equipped to represent Reveal effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align partner-driven opportunities, referral coordination, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Program Development: Contribute to the ongoing growth and refinement of Reveal’s partner programs by identifying process improvements, tools, and resources that enhance partner success.
- Pipeline Support: Maintain visibility into partner-generated opportunities, track performance, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
- Autonomous Execution: Take initiative to identify opportunities, build new relationships, and deliver measurable impact without waiting for direction.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Education & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in partnerships, channel development, or business development within a technology or professional services organization.
- Demonstrated success in creating and nurturing long-term business relationships that produce measurable results.

For Illinois-based roles, the expected total compensation range is between $63,750 and $75,000. plus, participation in one of our target bonus incentive compensation plans. Compensation for this role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. Reveal offers a competitive total rewards package, which includes the Benefits and Perks set forth above.
