Position: GTM Systems Manager
Reports To: VP, Revenue Operations
Location: Chicago, IL
Job Overview
The Go To Market Systems Manager (GTM) is responsible for implementing and managing the GTM tech stack. This role will support the GTM teams to achieve revenue goals and drive customer success by providing access to relevant actionable data, account intelligence, and reporting within the GTM systems. The GTM Systems Manager will work with GTM Leadership, GTM team members, Finance, and RevOps peers to understand the current processes leveraged by their respective teams and work to build the infrastructure to efficiently support them with an eye on continual process improvements. The tech stack should be capable of producing seamless reporting and insights for members of the Executive and Leadership teams. The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial and self-starter mentality and a strong aptitude for creative problem solving.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administration of the GTM tech stack, including but not limited SFDC, Zoominfo, Groove, Gong, RingLead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Hubspot.
- Manage the GTM systems team, ensuring team members deliver quality work on time and developing their skills.
- Manage the rollout and ongoing support of Salesfroce.com agentic capabilities, including Agentforce and Data 360.
- Manage license allocation based on role for employees including procurement of additional licenses and auditing licenses not in use.
- Enhance GTM systems based on inbound requests and business goals; projects will require documenting requirements, scoping solutions, and implementing solutions.
- Manage the inbound GTM systems request queue, contributing to prioritization calls, updating requests with progress, and adhering to SLAs.
- Ensure systems architecture is set up to support reporting requirements in Salesforce and PowerBI.
- Regularly evaluate new GTM technologies in market to drive continual improvement and enhancement of GTM operational efficiency
- Ensure processes and workflows drive data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all GTM systems and tools
- Partner with Enablement to create and deliver systems/tech training
- Own Vendor relationships and renewals for tooling.
- Manage cross-functional deployment process, including discovery, sprints, QC and production.
- Ensure systems uptime and continuity.
- Maintain highest standards of data integrity.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support team, department, and organizational goals.
Characteristics:
- Self-starter, resourceful, problem-solver.
- Expert proficiency in core revenue tech stack technologies such as SFDC, Zoominfo, Groove, Gong, RingLead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Hubspot.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to explain complex, technical process in a simple straightforward manner.
- Good understanding of interconnectivity between systems allowing to perform upstream and downstream impact analysis from multiple stakeholders’ point of view
- Ability to build systems architecture with eye towards future scale but flexibility to solve current state business requirements
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Can create clear/simple documentation - process guides & system maps.
- Demonstrates the ability to identify and solve problems quickly, decisively, and independently. Can troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Analytical. Leverages data where possible to GTM process and productivity
- Hands on experience with AI tools, ideally with Salesforce.com Agentforce
- Experience working for an innovative high growth tech company (SaaS preferred)
Education & Experience
- Experience with CPQ (preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce.com Agentforce (preferred)
- Expert at SFDC, including flows, permissions, and integrations (Developer certification a plus)
- Experience with Salesloft, Outreach, Groove, or Apollo
- Experience with Zoominfo and Ringlead or another data governance tool
- Experience with Gong or other call recording tool integrated with multiple systems
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus in business (preferred)
- Experience managing offshore resources a plus
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in GTM systems and business process operations
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience

For Illinois-based roles, the budgeted annual salary range is $119,000 to $140,000. Compensation for this role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown.
