Position: Compliance Analyst
Reports To: Director of Information Security and Compliance
Location: Hyderabad, India, in office 5 days/week
Job Overview
The compliance analyst is a key technology member who supports the team in monitoring and maintaining security operations for several information security and compliance frameworks and standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, etc.). As a compliance analyst, you will be assisting with internal and external audits, communicating with stakeholders, contributing to company growth and revenue through the completion of security questionnaires, and supporting reoccurring monitoring tasks such as vendor, access, and policy reviews. The ideal candidate should be familiar with security best practices and able to complete tasks independently.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist with internal and external audits – evidence gathering, communication, etc.
- Assist with customer pre- and post-sales information security and compliance inquiries.
- Robust documentation and communication skills.
- Completion of security questionnaires.
- Help facilitate annual training and reviews.
- Familiar with SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, Cyber Essentials, etc.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Certification in GRC is recommended. Examples include CGRC, CRISC, CRMA, etc.
