Position: Junior Technology Specialist

Reports To: Director of Site Reliability

Location: Chicago, IL

Job Overview

Reveal is seeking a bright, multitasking, and self-motivated Junior Technology Specialist to support our growing and fast-paced tech company.

From your seat in our beautiful new office in downtown Chicago, you will have access to many teammates to help respond to clients timely.  Our office is in the heart of the loop with very convenient access to all major public transportation lines. Please note that we are onsite with a traditional five-day work week schedule. This is a fully in-person role.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Local IT support to install, maintain and support local office hardware, including computers, mobile devices, network equipment, servers, and software.
  • Resolve employee technical issues in partnership with our 3rd party help desk (Enable).
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems and document problem resolution to maintain organized storage of local IT equipment.
  • Assist in HR/ IT asset management.
  • Work closely with HR to manage employee onboarding / off-boarding processes related to IT equipment and access.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline employee & IT asset request, transfer, and disposal processes.
  • Administer enterprise platforms culture, leadership, and employee development.
  • Ensure all computers operate within company compliance.
  • Exemplifies and promotes our values of integrity, respect, teamwork, and excellence.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS or Business or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
