Position: Billing Specialist   

Reports To: Financial Analyst Manager  

Location: Hyderabad, India   

Job Overview    

The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial statements and predicting the future performance of the company while analyzing market conditions to create forecasts helping assist senior management in key decision-making.     

From your seat in our beautiful new office in downtown Chicago, you will have access to many teammates to help respond to clients timely.  Our office is in the heart of the loop with very convenient access to all major public transportation lines. Please note that we are onsite with a traditional five-day work week schedule. This is a fully in-person role.    

Responsibilities & Duties    

• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management.
• Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting.
• Lead both quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Maintain and grow knowledge and understanding of current and new investment regulations and policies.
• Oversee financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidation, cost control, and project control.
• Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Education & Experience    

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or another related field.
• Two to four years of related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, etc.)
• Experience using NetSuite.
