Position: Business Analyst

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst to join our team, specializing in working closely with the Product team to ensure the successful delivery of projects and the development of innovative products. As a Business Analyst focused on product owner collaboration, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
From your seat in our beautiful new office in Hyderabad, India you will have access to many teammates to help respond to clients timely. Please be aware that this is a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days’ work from home).
Responsibilities & Duties
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to understand business requirements, user needs, and project goals.
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories, use cases, and functional specifications for development teams.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and promote collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, to ensure consistent communication and alignment between the business and development teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the product, providing guidance and support to Product Owners and development teams throughout the development process.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the developed product meets the defined requirements and satisfies user needs.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance and user feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, sharing knowledge and insights to drive innovation within the organization.

- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with a solid understanding of Scrum or Kanban frameworks

- Ability to adapt and learn quickly, staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CEDS, PMI-PMP) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on eDiscovery software solutions. Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex software products to market.
- Deep understanding of eDiscovery processes, including data collection, processing, review, and production. Familiarity with industry-standard tools and protocols (e.g., Reveal, Relativity, Nuix, EDRM) is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to translate customer requirements into actionable product features, with a strong emphasis on usability, scalability, and security. Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Passion for technology innovation and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and competing demands.

The total compensation (CTC) offered to employees comprises two key components, a fixed component, and a performance-based variable bonus.
- The fixed component represents the guaranteed portion of an employee’s compensation. It includes base salary and other fixed allowances as applicable.
- A performance-based variable bonus is an integral part of the overall compensation and is directly linked to both individual performance and overall company performance, as defined under the company’s policy.
