Partnered with big brands like ASOS, Nike, Argos, Expedia and Pizza Express, we receive over 8 million visits per month. Right now, we’re looking for a Digital Content Editor to work as part of our Operations team in London. 

We’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic person to create and manage original content production on the VoucherCodes website. You will have ownership of all of the editorial content which appears on VoucherCodes store/ brand pages. Your responsibilities will include copywriting, overseeing freelance copywriters, editing copy, organising the uploading of copy to the website and budget management. This is a new position to the business, so it’s a great chance to make the role your own.

Collaborating with teams across the company and managing copy writers, this role is a fantastic opportunity for anyone wanting to drive best practices of producing exceptional quality editorial content on our top visited brand pages. You will be responsible for the development, planning and production of stand-out editorial content for a variety of audiences. With proven expertise in SEO, you will create and optimise online copy, knowing how to take advantage of opportunities to increase our online presence.


What we need from you

  • Minimum of three years of copywriting experience. 
  • Exceptional literacy skills and the ability to prioritise complex workload with strong time management skills
  • Experience in supervising and overseeing editorial production at scale
  • Creative mindset with confidence to share ideas and action them
  • Confident collaborating with senior stakeholders
  • Understanding of SEO practices and Google E-A-T guidelines
  • Positive can-do attitude, self-motivator and eagerness to take ownership of projects
  • Forensic attention to detail
  • A love of retail and the web
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a new CMS and other software
  • Basic to intermediate Photoshop skills (desirable)
  • People management experience (desirable)

What you’ll be doing

  • Creating and supervising editorial production on brand/store pages
  • Creating briefs and documentation for the different types of editorial content which appear on the brand/store pages
  • Organising and providing training/feedback to our remote copy writers
  • Being responsible for the quality check process and the general quality of the pieces produced
  • Responsible for shaping and leading our content production strategy
  • Working closely with SEO team to ensure that onsite editorial content provides a valuable user experience and follows Google best practice guidelines 
  • Allocation of resource to ensure site pages are updated regularly
