CRM Specialist

As a key member of the CRM team at ZMG the CRM Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing and analyzing email and mobile push campaigns in collaboration with multiple teams in support of our audience growth and monetization goals.

This role is pivotal in helping consumers engage with our products and save money on their purchases. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include execution and reporting of CRM programs that support our affiliate partners and company objectives. It will require a deep knowledge of email marketing best practices, data segmentation, A/B testing and campaign analysis.

Who You Are:

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in business or marketing related field preferred
  • You have 2+ years of experience in online marketing, email marketing and/or digital project management
  • You have knowledge of and experience in email service providers like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar applications
  • You have basic understanding of key digital marketing metrics and a passion for tracking KPIs
  • You have excellent written and communication skills
  • You have strong analytical skill and are comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets to understand data trends
  • You use your strong organization skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks
  • You are a creative and analytical thinker with a strong attention to detail
  • You thrive in a multifaceted, fast paced team environment 

What You'll Do:

  • Support CRM Marketing team with mobile push and email campaign execution, management and analysis.
  • Own daily execution of email marketing campaigns that support our affiliate partners; including production, segmentation and QA of email campaigns to ensure accurate and error-free execution of content.
  • Send test push & email campaigns out for approval and make vital edits
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the Operations and Sales teams to gather necessary assets for email and mobile push campaigns.
  • Assist with the management of email messaging calendar and schedule adjustments.
  • Develop and manage weekly, monthly ad hoc reports that highlight key insights and strategic findings. Report to key partners across departments and drive ongoing efficiencies in how metrics are pulled/analyzed.
  • Collaborate with Business Operations teams to build necessary reporting and maintain data integrity.
  • Understand and ensure email & mobile push best practices are maintained.
  • Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations.
