VoucherCodes is a RetailMeNot, Inc. company. RetailMeNot, Inc. operates the world's largest digital coupon marketplace. The company enables consumers across the globe seeking to save money to find hundreds of thousands of digital coupons and offers from retailers and brands. 

Your focus will be on managing the Sales Operations team ensuring the team is providing operational support to our Partnerships team, overseeing smooth execution of ad placement bookings, forecasting sales performance and delivering sales targets support to the Partnerships leadership team. The role will involve collaborating with multiple teams across the business to streamline and identity promotional opportunities.  You’ll ensure the Partnerships team has the support and training needed to effectively secure exclusive savings for our 8m members.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for B2B Sales Support and team management. Situated within the Operations department, you’ll lead and develop the Sales Operations team and small team of Sales Operations remote workers. We’re looking for a self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude, who has extensive experience in Sales Operations teams.  

What we need from you

  • 2+ years team management experience
  • Extensive sales management & operations experience
  • 2 + years experience in affiliate marketing (desirable)
  • Confident using Salesforce and able to quickly adapt to new CMS and other software
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven track record of improving sales performance
  • Experience in sales pipeline management practices and performance management
  • Understanding of sales techniques and tools
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with a friendly, positive and can-do manner
  • Data-driven and analytical
  • Ability to prioritise a complex workload under pressure and forensic attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and GSuite equivalent 

What you’ll be doing

  • Line management of direct reports - inspiring, coaching and aiding their development. 
  • Ensure all promotional opportunities are actioned by Sales Operations team in timely fashion
  • Provide commercial support & insights to Partnerships team
  • Establish robust, efficient and scalable processes for timely and cost-effective creation of promotional opportunities. 
  • Gather and deliver sales performance data to Partnerships team, and collaborate with Business Analytics team for any additional data requests needed
  • Ensure quarterly target data is created and efficiently maintained
  • Work closely with finance team to record and monitor sales revenue
  • Provide additional support to Partnership leadership team
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation and training materials covering all aspects of team activity.
  • Provide strategic support to Partnerships Director, Senior Operations Manager and Operations Director in all functional planning
  • Leadership role in Operations leadership team
