Description

As a Sales Operations Manager you will be part of our Revenue Operations Team and responsible for providing broad operational day-to-day support with ownership of our CRM, Salesforce. This role is a high value-add business partner to the sales organization, enabling revenue growth and growing sales productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, value-added information and sales tools.


What You'll Own

  • Improve sales efficiency by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
  • Support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas
  • Own the end-to-end process of coordinating with Salesforce Development team to optimize processes within our systems
  • Partner with the Business Applications team to craft and implement processes that promote efficient sales flows and high-quality data and reporting
  • Collaborate with key cross departmental partners to capture business requirements and identify potential impacts to the Sales organization as well as other key upstream and downstream impacts.
  • Maintain regular check-ins with Sales Leadership and others who chip in to revenue development to resolve how revenue processes are performing against plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem solving
  • Build and communicate GTM tool enablement roadmap and implement standard methodologies to ensure efficient outcomes
  • Partner closely with our business partners across various departments to align GTM tools to company wide goals and desired outcomes.
  • Assist with territory management and build a plan to improve renewal and upsell processes

Experience You'll Need

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working in a Sales Operations role
  • Strong experience with key sales tools and enablement
  • Salesforce (SFDC Admin experience is a plus)
  • Superb ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact
  • Outstanding attention to detail and follow-through
  • Sophisticated proficiency in Excel
