Position at Resolver

This role can be based in either Leeds or London or remote.   
  
The Product Manager will be responsible for your products throughout their lifecycle. From identifying candidate Products, through design, productionisation, release, operation and retirement/migration. You will work closely with the Corporate Pod as well as Capability and Technical Teams and Customer Success.        
        
As a Product Manager you will be responsible for the product roadmap to address the developments needed to detect toxic, illegal and brand damaging social media content to protect our customers and their brands. You will also think carefully about the User Experience that underpins customer satisfaction with our products. You will have had customer facing experience, and will be motivated to engage with our customers to really understand the market and their individual needs. As a result of this, you will be expected to be comfortable working at strategic as well as operational (and occasionally tactical) levels. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a compelling go-to-market strategy for your products.        
        
In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of key competitors and relentlessly focus on Resolvers unique value proposition and points of differentiation. Working with senior stakeholders you will carefully consider the market focus of your products and ensure that our risk coverage, reporting outputs and data analytics lead the field in the sectors in which we choose to play.        
        
You will collaborate closely with the Account Management, Service Quality, Solution Architecture, Human Intelligence and Service Desk teams to ensure you collate all customer requirements, as well as the internal requirements for the product /service development.        
        
You will be an advocate for our customers, internal and external, and will coordinate the people and process with the technology.  Ideally, you will have previously worked in a SaaS / Technology environment where you have partnered with and represented external customers, acting as an advocate for their needs.  You’ll also understand UX/UI and will ensure this is factored into the roadmap and development activities.        
        
You will own the delivery of product development activities, ensure release management activities including documentation and training are delivered, and monitor and drive adoption.        
       
Qualifications and Experience        

         
  • Consistent track record for solving critical problems on enterprise products with the ability to navigate technical tradeoffs in application and platform development.       
  • Experience of the context/domain we work in (Risk Intelligence/Moderation/Security/Internet Safety).       
  • Proven track record of prioritising and making data-driven decisions on requirements and deliverables in a rapidly changing environment where the best outcome is achieved       
  • Extensive experience in product management, ideally in a SAAS / technology environment.       
  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced, customer-driven environment       
  • Expertise in managing key stakeholders including development teams and wider business       
  • Experience of a fast-paced, cutting edge technology environment.        
  • Have worked in a start-up/scale-up environment and appreciates the pace and complexity of working within these conditions       
  • Degree educated (or equivalent) or degree calibre

  • Resource Management: ability to understand and manage resources (operational, human, technical, financial) to make decisions related to efficiency and optimal performance regardless of reporting line; ensure timelines are met and commitments are maintained.
