Talent Acquisition Specialist
Description
Resolver operates as a hybrid workforce with the option to work at home, in the office, or a mix of both. Ideally we're looking for someone who's able to collaborate in person in our Hyderabad office once or twice a week.
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help scale hiring across North America. You’ll partner closely with hiring leaders and act as a trusted advisor. This role sits within Resolver’s Talent Acquisition team, with approximately 50% of your time dedicated to supporting hiring efforts across Kroll.
This is an opportunity to shape how we hire — from building smart recruiting strategies to delivering a standout candidate experience from first touch to offer stage. You thrive in full-cycle recruitment, move quickly, think creatively, and know how to attract top talent in competitive markets.
You know great hiring doesn’t come from simply posting jobs and hoping for the best. You’re proactive, curious, and always experimenting with new ways to connect with talent. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll play a key role in helping us grow the teams that power Resolver’s success.
