Resolver operates as a hybrid workforce with the option to work at home, in the office, or a mix of both. 

Resolver is looking for a Marketing Coordinator on a 8-month contract. In this role you'll have the opportunity to learn from experts as you work with internal and external stakeholders on the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-channel marketing programs to generate awareness, engagement, and pipeline for our target markets.

Your day to day - let's break it down!: 

Webinars & Events (50%)

Measures of Success: Opportunity generation & influence, engagement of target accounts and key personas, registration/attendance rates, opportunities and pipeline from the webinar/event/conference.

  • Work closely with other marketers and business teams to execute topics for webinars, virtual events, conferences and sponsorships.
  • Setup, manage, and optimize results from webinars, conferences, and event sponsorships. 
     
  • Handle project management for all assigned events, including shipping of collateral, management of event swag, booth set-up logistics with vendors and other conference organizing requirements
  • Host a pre-briefing and post-briefing meeting with the sales team to ensure relevant follow-up for webinars and events.
  • Together with the marketing team, activate the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, materials, channels, and calls to action for personas and key accounts for the division at the event or for the webinar.
  • Provide suggestions for improving our processes and results for webinars and events. 
Campaign Execution (50%) 
Measures of Success: Generating opportunities & sales pipeline, growing awareness and engagement within our target market, cost per opportunity, % of client base engaged, new prospects acquired, and insights shared across the organization.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns to meet our corporate pipeline objectives for the business.
  • Work with internal stakeholders responsible for paid programs, content, email automation, design, marketing operations, sales enablement, website, to launch marketing programs.
  • Working closely with centralized marketing functions, create tickets for assets, collect and input feedback on creative into our creative system, and ensure approvals are gathered for successful on-time campaign delivery
  • Manage asset creation and approvals across channels & tactics including email, webinars/events, sales outreach, content, digital ads, incentives, direct mail, and partners in campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors relevant to divisional marketing to deliver on event and campaign goals
  • Drive alignment between sales and marketing through regular communication and collaboration with the sales team. 
  • Run retrospective meetings to review performance and gather learnings to improve future marketing programs.
  • Own and manage reporting on campaign effectiveness and tracking of marketing contribution to impact on client engagement, acquisition of new clients and pipeline creation.  
  • Make recommendations on areas to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes. 

What you will bring: 

  • 2+ years' experience within marketing
  • Experience managing execution of webinars & events.
  • Proven track record of successful management of multi-channel campaigns that contribute to sales pipeline.
  • Prior Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experience is a plus.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and self-manage workload. 
  • Passion for marketing and driving business results.
  • Experience working with sales team.
  • Exposure and working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation tools such as Eloqua, Monday.com is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high energy and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
