What you’ll be doing:    
    
Director of Product Operations brings consistency, alignment, and efficiency across our product teams, as well as cross functional collaboration with other teams and operations programs (support, services, revenue, development) that connect to the product and developments teams. All done with a goal of improving our products and elevating our team’s growth and learning opportunities through the maturation of our operations.    
    
Process & Practices 
  • Build and mature our internal Product team Growth and Development programs with focus on the team and individuals.
  • Scale all product processes relative to our team growth while aligning with industry best practices.
  • Establish a repeatable format and process to host and communicate product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Standardize product management communications across all product lines: Leadership updates on strategy, roadmaps, presentation styles, etc.
  • Streamline the cross functional process for Product and Design to operate more efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership to connect and mature processes.
  • Release Management oversight of all processes related to releasing Resolver products.
  • Establishes a clear process and framework for the product team to consume data sources that will support their initiatives.
  • Maturation of internal tooling (examples: ProductBoard & Pendo).
  • Identify new tooling that supports the product team.
  • Support and maintenance of product tooling with new product releases, timing, and impact to customers.
  • Collaborate with Enablement teams to establish Product Learning and Enablement programs. 
   
Business Data & Insights     
  • Works closely with cross departmental teams to establishes repeatable data foundations and reporting strategies.
  • Establishes and maintains inhouse tooling to collect, connect, and analyze data that drives insights and better decision making.
  • Identify new tooling and strategies to collect and curate data that drives insights and better decision making.
  • Contribute to product strategy via the curation and distribution of data and insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Support the Product initiative / problem discovery lifecycle by defining practical success metrics that can be measured via existing data sources.
  • Support the product and design with establishing new data sources to track product delivery success metrics.
  • Leverage data and metrics to prove ROI for all stakeholders.
  • Leverage Jira and ZenDesk data to deliver a higher quality product to our customers: identify bug patterns, dips in capability quality, early mainsail issues, negative UX experiences. 
   
Customer & Market Insights     
  • Establish a collaborative process to catalogue and organize cross departmental data sources that collect external market and customer data.
  • Analyze and build reports and dashboards connecting data sources to drive insights and decisions within product.
  • Support UX Research with customer and market data to build customer profiles, drive interviews, and define goals of research projects.
  • Consume and connect Product Marketing competitive intel and win lose data.
  • Analyze, manage, and extract Product insights, feedback, adoption data from internal products and systems (examples: SalesForce, Gong, Tableau, Loopio, Zendesk) to better understand evolving customer and market trends. 
   
Qualifications & Education    
  • Applicable educational background (certificates, courses) in product operations.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Product Operations.
  • 2–4 year of experience working in a Product management role.
  • Experience scaling processes and operations in a high grow tech environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams and indirect reports towards a common goal.
  • Strong ability to coach team members towards key results
